Ok this might be the absolute best film fight of all time, and we’re not afraid to admit that North Shore IS THE BEST SURF FLICK EVER MADE…there, it’s been said. Is there a better, cheesier character ever created than Turtle? But then again Johnny Utah and Garey “Crazy Eye” Busey have something to prove…and they just might have to kick Harp’s ass all over L.A. to get to solve the case of the Ex-Presidents.
